Kochville voters fill Board vacancies

Kochville Township voters filled four open positions on their Township Board but in the process created an additional vacancy.

Election records show that 1,064 out of 1,698 registered Kochville voters turned out to vote, a nearly 63 percent turnout rate. The above-average turnout numbers for a Congressional midterm election can likely be attributed to the open Board positions, which became available after a divisive recall election in August. »
