New Scary Movie installment survives with same formula

Remember that part in Scary Movie 2 where Chris Elliot is serving the mashed potatoes with his disfigured hand? That scene was classic. Unfortunately, there are not any scenes quite so memorable in the latest installment of the Scary Movie franchise.While the first two movies were written and directed by members of the Wayans family, the third was handed over to Naked Gun director David Zucker and was tamed down to a PG-13 rating. The fourth installment in this popular spoof series continues in the same direction as the third, with Zucker again at the helm. »

Art majors form 'The University Artistry,' plan to hold events on campus

The University Artistry has just been formed on campus for students interested in art.

"This group is needed by the art department," says Paolo Pedini, graphic design major and president of the UA. "It's going to be really good for getting our ideas out into the community in a positive way." »
