After an 0-6 start in the GLIAC, SVSU’s
chances of making its second consecutive
GLIAC tournament seemed bleak.

There were many participants
in the 16th annual Pi Games
competition, hosted by Sigma Pi.
The biggest winner was the Mid
Michigan Children’s Museum, which
took home $1,050 in proceeds. »
With a GLIAC tournament bid no
longer an option, Coach Joe Zinni and the
Lady Cardinals wanted to end the season
on a high note. »
After three days of play
at the Michigan Collegiate
Hockey Conference (MCHC)
tournament in Midland, the
SVSU club hockey team placed
second to Davenport University.
Davenport beat the Cardinals
5-4 in Saturday’s championship
game. »

in any sport, and track & field is no
different.
SVSU hosted the GLIAC Indoor
Championships on Friday and Saturday,
the sixth and final indoor meet hosted
by the Cardinals this season. »
