Tuition will be increasing 7.5 percent for the fall semester, raising the cost of a credit hour to $176.05.

Kochville commission approves first new subdivision in 20 years

The Kochville Township Planning Commission recently approved what will be its first new subdivision in more than 20 years.

The planning commission unanimously approved Phase I of the development, which will consist of 31 units, Monday, July 11. Phase I will have a total area of 11.7 acres, with 6.1 acres being used for the developed area, and 5.6 acres consisting of required open space for the community. »
