The holiday season is, quite simply, wonderful. People are happy, places usually smell like cookies, peppermint and cinnamon and there are marshmallow Santa Clauses. If that isn’t enough to make you shiver, we have other things to look forward to, like the end of a semester, family, sledding, hot chocolate, sprinkles and presents. Holy smokes! Just writing about this makes me excited. »
Employees who work directly with customers at any business are a vital part of that company. So whenever there is poor customer service, it leaves a longlasting, negative impression of the whole company. The same applies when there is a good experience; it does the opposite and leaves a longlasting positive impression of the company. »
The best part about giving and receiving Christmas presents is the thought that goes into picking them. I love getting a gift that says, “This made me think of you,” or, “I know that this something that you’d really like.” I’m sure I’m not alone in this, but I love giving gifts that say the same thing. »
