Millions of sleep-deprived shoppers will crowd stores on Black Friday to get the best deals of the season.
This year, there is a Black Friday shopping trip hosted by Student Association, which will feature a free bus ride to and from Birch Run Outlets. The trip will begin Thursday night at 11:30 p.m., and last until early Friday morning, 4:30 a.m. at the latest. »
New talent hit the stage in the Court Street Gallery last Friday Night.
Spectators clamored over the works they saw in “pARTicipate, An Exhibition of Delta College Student Works,” which recruited about 50 pieces to the small gallery now located at 417 Hancock in Saginaw’s Old Town. Tisch Lewis, Delta College graduate and intern at the gallery, estimated that about half of all pieces submitted were shown, due to space concerns. »
Axiom Brass Quintet brought classic, modern, jazz, Latin and Christmas music to the Rhea Miller Recital Hall.
The quintet was part of the Rhea Miller Concert Series, and audience members from young to old enjoyed nearly two hours of classical music. »
