Men finish 20th at Nationals, women place ninth at Regionals

The men’s and women’s cross country seasons were recently concluded, although in much different fashions.

With interim head coach Jenny Bellsky leading the way for both teams, the women’s team ended the season a bit earlier than they would have liked, placing ninth out of 19 teams in the Division II Midwest Regional Championships. With only the top three teams advancing on to Nationals, the Cardinals didn’t make the cut, although it was one of their better meets of the season, according to Bellsky. »
