NewsfeedDining Services' weighed all food and beverage waste from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. last Thursday. The Trash-Alysis was the brainchild of marketing director Lindsay Carpenter, shown weighing a particularly disgusting pile of leftover food. "We had to start somewhere," she said.
