Sad week for movies on DVD

This week is a pretty uneventful one for new releases. Adam Sandler's poorly received Click, Garfield's even less admired Garfield: A Tale of Two Kitties and A Prairie Home Companion will all find their way to store shelves tomorrow. Don't worry about picking up the Garrison Keillor flick, though: your parents probably pre-ordered it. Oh, and you'll have to wait until next week to experience The Break Up - the movie, that is.

Everybody Hates Chris hits stores

The first season of Chris Rock's critically-lauded comedy arrives tomorrow. The show hasn't received much popular acclaim, but television critics lose themselves over it. The fourth season of the popular Scrubs, the second season of CBS' Numb3rs and the final season of The A-Team will accompany Mr. Rock to the shelves.

Underground acts share release date

New albums from underground heroes The Blood Brothers and former touring partners These Arms are Snakes both drop tomorrow.

Young Machetes is the Brothers' fifth album, and all industry previews suggest it will retain their high-energy, spazz-out style that makes their sound unique. These Arms are Snakes have flown relatively under the radar ever since the buzz from their 2004 release Oxeneers or The Lion Sleeps When Its Antelope Go Home died. The band seeks to reclaim their position as the dominant group on Jade Tree with Easter, their new album.
