September 26, 2005 —
Sept. 20
* Students in Science West complained about watery eyes and irritation. It was indirectly caused from leaving a chemical bath on in room 119. The bath was heated and evaporated the water inside, eventually melting the test tubes within. The room was closed for the rest of the day and purged with fresh air.
Sept. 19
* A resident of the First Year Suites was given a notice to appear (NTA) in front of the student code of conduct for an MIP violation.
* Two females reported their purses stolen from an apartment in the University Village. The purses were found later that night in a plastic bag in the dumpster. A total of $24 was missing from the two purses.
* A female's vehicle was impounded because she had four or more unpaid tickets. Subsequently, her vehicle appeared on an impound list, where it will be impounded during the next violation. This time her car was illegally parked in a crosswalk.
Sept. 17
* Two MIPs were issued to two non-students in the tailgating area.
* Four First Year Suites students were given MIPS and NTAs early Sunday morning.
* Three Pine Grove students were given MIPS and NTAs and three additional students were given NTAs.
Sept. 16
* One MIP was given to a non-student in Living Center North. Two students were given MIPs and NTAs. Eight students were given NTAs.
* One student in First Year Suites was given an NTA.
Sept. 15
* One non-student in Living Center North was given an MIP. Three students were given NTAs.
