Northwood squeaks by Michigan Tech
The Huskies had first and goal at the Timberwolves' 10-yard line but were unable to get the ball in the end zone, losing 13-7 at home. Northwood quarterback Kyle Kolbe rushed for a 70-yard score in the third quarter to tie the game at 7 but almost cost his team the game, losing a fumble at his own 22-yard line with five minutes left in the contest. The Timberwolves host 1-2 Ashland next week before coming to Wickes Stadium for Homecoming on Sept. 30. »
