Why should I get involved?

Whether you are a science major hoping to become a medical professional, a research scientiest, or just someone who wants to make a difference to those around you, the Biology Club provides an environment of learning and giving. These experiences will help prepare you for further usefulness to the community. Another reason for you to be an active member of this organization is to provide fresh ideas and enthusiasm for the enrichment of your undergraduate experience. Becoming an active member today will equip you with tools and vision for tomorrow.

Students who join Biology Club are not required to commit to every event our club holds. We are flexible and like to allow students to pick which events are of interest to them and which fit best into their busy schedules. While Biology Club' s main focus is on group events and field trips, our club offers many roles of leadership and service. In other words, Biology Club is a fun way to meet new people while branching out and becoming involved in the Saginaw community.

It's up to each of you to decide how much you want to get involved with the Biology Club. We want to hear your input and your ideas. We may not be able to implement or do everything you suggest, but we will try our best and hardest to accomodate any suggestions. But one thing is for sure, together our possibilities are endless!
